Ms. Ferdawsi has started her professional journey as a Guest Faculty with International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC). She has conducted class on 'Management' there. Later on she joined as an "Officer-on probation" at UCB and now working as an Executive Officer at Foreign Trade Division for more than five years.

She has completed MBA major in Finance & Banking and BBA major in Finance & Banking with outstanding result. She has completed her Internship program from Bangladesh Shilpa Bank & NCC bank ltd. She has successfully completed banking diploma exam named "Diplomat Associate of the Institute of bankers Bangladesh (DAIBB). The program is conducted by the "The Institute of Bankers Bangladesh (IBB)".

She has successfully completed an International blending course named 'Microfinance Training of the Trainers (MFTOT) Distance Learning Course'. It is jointly sponsored by the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) and the World Bank Tokyo Development Learning Center (TDLC). The interactive microfinance distance learning course (MFDL) developed by UNCDF is the core learning material for study with very good result.

Presently, she is studying CMA at ICMAB. She has passed ITEE IP Passport exam. ITEE stands for Information Technology Engineers Examination. ITEE is the national level IT Engineers Examination governed by IPA, Japan.
