He  is an agronomist working in field of agriculture microbiology, organic farming, development of new formulations for organic farming, based on medicinal plants, herbs, development of techniques of making organic manures on large industrial scales fit for organic farming, training to farmers on scientific methods to do organic farming, development of agriculture inputs like micro nutrients, bio-fertilizers, Endo -mycorrhiza, Azotobacter, Phosphate solubilising micro-organisms, Azosprillum, Rhizobium, Zinc solubilising micro-organisms, Potash mobilisers, NPK consortia, PK, NK, NP, of consortia of bio -fertilizers in liquid as well as in powder form, bio-fungicides Trichoderma, Aspergillus niger, bio-pesticides - botanical pesticides based on herbs which are effective in agriculture being botanical pesticides - their R&D, process development, manufacturing line, production, Marketing & Business development with many years of experience.

He is a consultant to set up of new bio fertilizers, bio fungicides, bio pesticides manufacturing units, their design, instruments developments, fermentation process to packaging of carrier based in powder, granules & liquid formulations. Currently he is doing job at Myodelphia Biotech, He was Myodelphia Chemicals Company Pvt. Ltd. He has completed his Bachelor's Degree, B.Sc. in Agriculture (Agronomy Hons.) from Punjabi University Patiala

He has developed a new Mycorrhizal bio-fertilizer's formulation which contains highest number of propagules per gm i.e. 1x10^7, it is the highest number of propagules in a formulation till date. Now it is being commercially manufactured. Useful for agriculture, horticulture, vegetables, forestry, lawns & golf turf. Increases yield & improve quality of produce effectively. It acts as a bio fertilizer as well as bio fungicide. It helps to plant survive in tough conditions like, drought. 

He has also developed a low cost bio fertilizer's manufacturing technology suitable for even small scale production units & suitable for carrier based as well as liquid bio-fertilizers, bio fungicides, bio pesticides.
