Md. Rafiqul Islam has completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from University of Chester. He was awarded 100 credits as merits and 80 credits Distinction in his MBA and he was one of the top score holders in his MBA batch. He has completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing /Marketing Management from BRAC University; Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing from The University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. 
Currently, He is highly engaged as a research consultant at admiral management consultancy since 2008 and he is a PHD candidate. He was a Marketing Manager at Dale Ltd. at Blackpool, United Kingdom; the Chairman of Bangladeshi Community, LSBF Student Association Manchester in February 2013.
